FAQ
1. Shipment Processing Time. All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates. For online orders, all shipping is free. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once your emailed tracking number has been activated. Shipping usually take 3-14 days for smaller items and up to 15-20 days for larger items.
We know you are eager to receive your order, but please remember that once an order is placed, it is the processing time plus estimated ship time that equals total days to delivery. Please monitor your order by using the tracking number provided to you when the product ships.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24-48 hours.
4. Why does Up Baby Care no longer ship to other countries? Due to long shipping times, custom fees and other buyer concerns, Up Baby Care no longer ships to countries outside of the US. Packages were slightly worn from the long shipping at times. However, we are working to correct this in the near future. For now, we only ship to the US. Please contact us if you are outside for the US and are still interested in making a purchase.
